Deadline |

Dependant Variable |
The changes that you observe or measure in an experiment. |

Evidence |
Facts or observations that determine if something is true
or valid. |

Hypothesis |
A prediction or guess about the outcome of an experiment
that contains some sort of reason justification (an educated guess). |

Independent Variable |
The ONE thing that you change in an experiment (it is what
you are testing). |

Inference |
Guessing what happened or will happen based
on your observations. |

Investigatable |
A question that can be answered using the Scientific Method |

Numbered list |
A list of items that has a specific order of events. |

Observation |
Gathering information using the senses. |

Trying to guess what is going to happen based on your
observations. |

The act of looking up information on a subject in order to
gather facts. |

Scientific Method |
A way to answer a question that involves asking a
question, stating a hypothesis, conducting an experiment, gathering data, and
drawing conclusions. |

The type of measurement that you use to measure something. |

Variable |
Something that changes in an experiment. |

The vertical line in a graph, it always consists of your
