Conclusion

The final step in the scientific method in which the whole experiment is summed up and the hypothesis is determined to be correct or incorrect.

Controlled Variables

All the things that you are trying to keep the same from one experimental group to another.

Data table

A list of measurements or information obtained from a scientific experiment

Deadline

The absolute last day you can turn something in.

Dependant Variable

The changes that you observe or measure in an experiment.

Evidence

Facts or observations that determine if something is true or valid.

Hypothesis

Inference

Guessing what happened or will happen based on your observations.

Investigatable

A question that can be answered using the Scientific Method

Numbered list

A list of items that has a specific order of events.

Observation

Gathering information using the senses.

Prediction

Trying to guess what is going to happen based on your observations.

Research

Variable

Something that changes in an experiment.
